Large scale project in Oklahoma. This lease in Oklahoma is 7,500 acres. This property is located in the Woodford Shale. The discovery well has been drilled. Logs of this and other wells drilled in the past have been logged and this information is available. Test and extrapolations show 20 billion barrels of hydrocarbons within the boundaries of this prospect in the form of oil and gas. The depth of the formation is a total of 10,000 feet. Each well should take from 16 to 20 days to drill and set casing. The cost of each well drilled horizontally should cost approximately $ 4 million dollars. There are at least 54 locations identified for drilling on the spacing requirements.

The price 20 million will purchase a JV interest in this prospect. Percentage of ownership to be by negotiated agreement.
